sherlock holmes in this paper!!

My Paper starting off basically on what i thought on teen pregancies. i basically used my knowledge to write this paper considering couple of my family members were teenage mothers. it was until the group peer review that a friend gave me some important pointers really helped me enhance my paper. for example, i did not know that there could be two sides to teen pregancy. therefore, put forth my sherlock holmes mentality and  got to the bottom it. in the process i also found some very reliable sources. i was already having difficulties chossing a topic that i was really into. i started off with solar power, then dirty cops but in the back of my mind mr.moores words haunted me. he said he would prefer a local issue in the city of  memphis. so after days passed i could not find a topic i was passionate about writing. then i was at walgreens restocking my hershey almond chocolate addiction when i look to my right and there they were. not one but two teenage mothers having a discussion on who will baby sit their children for a club event that was hosting a well known rapper.

No More Juno's!!!

Well hello hope the reader is doing swell. However, we are working on a 12 page research paper and I chose teen pregnancy in Memphis, TN. I chose this topic after the teen pregnancy epidemic that occurred at frayser high school came about my conscientious. The incident involved 90 teenage girls pregnant with child. Now this was not a pact that the girls made it just happened to be. Also Memphis TN was stated as having double the average of Prego’s in the nation. Many may not think this is a major problem but little do they know. We spend billions of dollars YEARLY to maintain teen mothers, since the majority of teen moms drop out of school and can’t afford day care or a babysitter. Therefore, they cannot obtain a steady job to bring in decent income. If the teen moms lack education the chances their offspring will too are high. however, there is much debate on what the causes are that lead to teen mothers. some say it is lack of sexual education, while others point the fingers at the parents. most parents do not talk to their children about the birds and bees because they assume if the children ask then they are engaging in sexual activities. the other side says there should be classes on sex education offered in public schooling. therefore, it does not matter which method is best but that we at least TRY somewhere and something.
